How do coaching & consulting sessions take place?
We partner with clients across the US. Our interview and resume coaching sessions can take place over the phone or via video conferencing – Skype or similar. For clients located in Seattle, we are happy to meet in person if the client prefers.
What is your success rate?

How can you coach me using the phone or video conferencing?
Coaching over both the phone and via video conferencing has proven to be helpful for our clients located outside of the greater Puget Sound area. Video conferencing allows our coaches the opportunity to provide feedback on body language and eye contact. Rest assured, even with telephone sessions our experienced coaches are familiar with common concerns and are able to provide guidance on how to overcome them.
I have an interview next week, how soon can I start?
We have a lot of clients come to us looking for coaching on a quick timeline! Part of what makes us different is our flexibility. We recognize that most of our clients have regular jobs and we offer coaching to meet your schedule. We can often arrange sessions with as little as 24 to 48 hours notice with our clients.
How do I get feedback?
Interview and resume feedback is provided in several different ways. First, our clients receive immediate feedback from their coaches during each session. After the first session, our coaches follow-up with written feedback and overall guidance. The second session is another opportunity to note where you have made improvements. Coaches will provide additional feedback on your responses and non-verbal communications.
What is the refund policy?
We want our clients to be satisfied with our services. Pro-rated refunds for unused sessions are available for clients within 60 days of purchase. Clients have 6 months to from the time of purchase to use sessions. After six months any unused sessions expire.
Are recorded sessions available?
We are able to record video conference sessions upon request. Please contact your interview coach if you would like to arrange video recording.
What if I’d like additional coaching?
We offer existing clients the ability to book continued coaching sessions with their coach to provide extra practice or provide other guidance needed. Please contact your coach or email@example.com for more information.
