About Sound Interview Professionals
Sound Interview Professionals was started in 2016 to help job seekers navigate the hiring process. Our focus is on educating and empowering our clients to represent themselves to future employers. We recognize the hiring process is stressful, confusing, and challenging to navigate. Therefore, we work with clients throughout this process and teach them the skills needed to compete in today’s job market.
Sound Interview Professionals has served over 500 clients across various fields. Our coaching services focus on individualized coaching for job search strategies, resume reviews, mock interviews, offer negotiations, onboarding, and career mentoring. Additionally, we’ve conducted multiple training sessions for students at the University of Washington and Central Washington University.

Amie is the founder of Sound Interview Professionals. She started this company after seeing the need for job seekers to have an advocate throughout the hiring process. While working in HR, Amie conducted thousands of interviews and resume reviews where she couldn’t provide candid feedback that people needed to improve.
She has partnered with hiring managers across various fields throughout her Human Resources career, from engineering to hospitality and even HR. Amie spent over seven years at The Boeing Company, where she managed projects leading executive talent management, employee development, and staffing initiatives. Before Boeing, she worked as an HR manager for a major hospitality corporation in Seattle, partnering with a predominately union population. Her focus was on staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and the design and deployment of training.
Bringing over 17 years of experience to clients globally, she also has a Master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in HR and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In addition, she holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
