About Sound Interview Professionals
Sound Interview Professionals was started in 2016 to help job seekers navigate the hiring process. Our focus is on educating and empowering our clients to represent themselves to future employers. We recognize the hiring process is stressful, confusing, and challenging to navigate. Therefore, we work with clients throughout this process and teach them the skills needed to compete in today’s job market.
Sound Interview Professionals has served over 500 clients across various fields. Our coaching services focus on individualized coaching for job search strategies, resume reviews, mock interviews, offer negotiations, onboarding, and career mentoring. Additionally, we’ve conducted multiple training sessions for students at the University of Washington and Central Washington University.

Amie is the founder of Sound Interview Professionals. She started this company after seeing the need for job seekers to have an advocate throughout the hiring process. While working in HR, Amie conducted thousands of interviews and resume reviews where she couldn’t provide candid feedback that people needed to improve.
She has partnered with hiring managers across various fields throughout her Human Resources career, from engineering to hospitality and even HR. Amie spent over seven years at The Boeing Company, where she managed projects leading executive talent management, employee development, and staffing initiatives. Before Boeing, she worked as an HR manager for a major hospitality corporation in Seattle, partnering with a predominately union population. Her focus was on staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and the design and deployment of training.
Bringing over 17 years of experience to clients globally, she has a Master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in HR and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Megan has over a decade of Human Resources experience and has worked with leaders across various industries. She has worked in the technology, engineering, television, and education fields. Megan’s most recent experience at DIRECTV included leadership development and coaching, training, talent management, and recruiting. Her previous experience as an HR Manager at an electrical engineering firm focused on recruiting, training, talent management, and process improvement. Megan has been a coach with Sound Interview Professionals since 2016 and does resume reviews, interview coaching, and career coaching.
Deneise began working with clients of Sound Interview Professionals with the desire to help job seekers succeed. Bringing over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and management, she shares her knowledge and expertise with first-time job seekers, those rejoining the workforce, and employees looking to expand or change their current careers.
Deneise brings deep expertise in corporate talent acquisition from her time with Boeing, the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, and other commercial and government contracting companies. While working in human resources in 5 different states, California, Oklahoma, Arizona, Washington, and Utah, she has supported hiring managers through all aspects of the hiring process. Deneise has helped acquire talent in various fields such as finance, engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, and leadership, including international placements and positions requiring various clearance levels and/or certifications.
Deneise has a Bachelor of Criminology from California State University Fresno, a Cross-Cultural Language and Diversity certificate from National University, an MBA from the University of Phoenix, and previously held her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) for 10 years.
